By entering the magical library of FriendWorks Oraa, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. This platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to access our archives and play Books Magic. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. No real money gambling is offered or supported.
The virtual currency, enchanted coins, and arcane bonuses provided on this platform hold no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash, tangible goods, or any other item of monetary value. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
To fully experience the Grand Archive, you may choose to register a scholar profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. All magical artifacts, including but not limited to the cinematic UI, graphic assets, cinematic storytelling elements, text, logo, and platform architecture, are the exclusive intellectual property of FriendWorks Oraa or our licensors. The game "Books Magic" remains the property of its respective developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform assets without our express written consent.
Scholars must conduct themselves with honor. You agree not to use the platform to: (a) engage in fraudulent or illegal activities; (b) attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform's architecture; (c) use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers; or (d) harass or harm other users. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate banishment from the library.
The Grand Archive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the magic will always flow uninterrupted, be error-free, or completely secure. FriendWorks Oraa expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FriendWorks Oraa, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to cease usage and depart the library.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FriendWorks Oraa from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, or your violation of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Helsinki, Finland.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make updates, we will revise the "Last Updated" date or provide notice through the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
